RAS is conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). Unlike UPSC, RAS Mains has no optional subject — all four papers are General Studies / General Knowledge plus a language paper, and Prelims marks are purely qualifying (not counted toward final merit).

Any Bachelor's Degree

From a University/institution recognised by the Central or State Legislature, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government. No specific stream required.

Age relaxation (upper age limit)

Relaxations are non-cumulative — an applicant gets the benefit of only one applicable category (points 1–13 below), plus the PwD relaxation (point 14) can stack on top of it.
